Bifidobacterium lactis is a gram-positive, anaerobic, rod-shaped bacterium of the Bifidobacterium genus which can be found in the large intestines of most mammals, including humans. It is also found in some traditional fermented milk(e.g. kefir)and is today widely used in food, beverages, dietary supplements, skin care products and animal nutrition.
Bifidobacterium Lactis BI516 screened and originates from healthy infant, is manufactured in China and deposited under CGMCC No. 11959 at the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center. The strain Bifidobacterium lactis BI516 has been subjected to API 50CHL sugar fermentation pattern analysis and a 16 S rDNA sequence analysis. And it has resistance to acid and bile.
Bifidobacterium Lactis
Lactobacillus is a type of animal bifidobacterium that is beneficial to the human body and has the following functions:
1. It can regulate gastrointestinal function and has a certain effect on improving indigestion and diarrhea;
