Pure Fisetin (7,3′,4′-flavon-3-ol) is a naturally occurring flavonoid polyphenol found in certain fruits and vegetables, such as strawberries (160 mg/kg), apples (30 mg/kg), onions, cucumbers, and persimmons, serving as a yellow/ochre coloring agent.
